United Way of Northeastern Minnesota Resource Development and Events Director Elizabeth Kelly (left), Creative Director Katy Lofquist, Executive Director Erin Shay, and Community Impact Director Crystal Royer visited the Minnesota State Capitol September 10th to publicly release the new United Ways of Minnesota study, “ALICE in Minnesota: A Study of Financial Hardship.”
