Thomas Cauble, 65

Thomas Edward Cauble passed away June 26, 2024, due to heart failure complicated by diabetes, at his home in Blumenort, Manitoba, Canada at the age of 65.

Tom was born March 20, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois, the oldest child of Larry and Donna Cauble. He graduated from Lake of the Woods School in 1978. During his early years, Tom worked as a guide at his parents’ resort, Riverview Resort. He then worked at Marvin Windows.

After many years on the line and then the loading dock, he became a security guard at Seven Clans Casino and eventually became a Blackjack dealer. Tom moved to Canada in 2011 and worked for nine years at Bothwell Cheese.

Tom enjoyed collecting comic books, baseball cards, and coins. He loved reading Westerns. Tom enjoyed spending time reloading shells and was known to be very skilled. Tom was in the process of moving back to the Baudette area to be closer to family.

Tom is survived by his son, Jonathon Cauble, his daughter, Kara Cauble, his mother, Donna Jean Cauble, sister, Laura Jo (Scott) Pieper, sister, Kristine Moen, brother, David (Kris) Cauble and many niece and nephews.

Tom was preceded in death by his father, Larry Cauble.
