City of Baudette Notice of Public Hearing

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Baudette Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 19, at 5:00 p.m. in the Baudette City Council Chambers, 106 Main St. W, Baudette, MN. 
The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from staff and anyone else interested, and to thereafter rule on an application for variance seeking relief from set-back requirements listed in section 503 of the city code. 
The property is located at 207 1st St SW Baudette, MN (Lake of the Woods County PID 60-5112-010) A copy of the full application is available for inspection at the city office, 106 Main Street W. 
Anyone desiring to be heard regarding this application may speak during the public hearing. Written comments may also submitted by mail to: City of Baudette, PO Box 548, Baudette, MN 56623. 
Any comments received prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing will be presented during the hearing.
