Koochiching County: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the Koochiching County Planning and Zoning Commission relative to the following item’s on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in the County Board Room Koochiching County 
Courthouse, International Falls, Minnesota.

Planning Commission to review and consider amendments to Koochiching County Zoning Ordinance which includes the Koochiching County Short-Term Rental Ordinance with possible recommendation to the County Board.

All interested parties are invited to attend the said hearing to be heard. The meeting will be held in person in the County
Boardroom. In addition, a Webex/teleconference meeting will be scheduled which the public can use to join the meeting. Meeting link information will be posted to the Environmental Services website http://www.co.koochiching.mn.us/168/Environmental-Services.
