Members Present:  Boyd Johnson (Chair), Robyn Sonstegard (Vice Chair), Jerem Haack (Clerk), Kayla Johnson (Director), Nate Hayes (Director), Craig Severs - via Zoom (Treasurer)

  1. Call to Order by Chair Boyd Johnson at 5:30 PM.

  2. Pledge of Allegiance

  3. Agenda

Motion by Robyn Sonstegard seconded by Kayla Johnson, to approve the May 8, 2025, meeting agenda.  Motion passes (6-0)

  1. New Business

    1. Motion by Robyn Sonstegard seconded by Kayla Johnson, to approve the superintendent contract.  Motion passes (6-0)

  2. Old Business

    1. Discussion of the building bonds and capital levy.

  3. Adjourned by Chair Boyd Johnson at 6:45 PM.
