First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Training - Red Cross Friday June 27th at 9AM -3:30 PM at the VFW in Baudette

Sign up to attend this full First Aid / CPR / AED certification class through the Red Cross. Certification is good for two years, and we will cover many first aid topics, including adult, child, and infant CPR as well as choking first aid. Attendees should be ages 16 and older. Trainer: Amber Haglund-Pagel (11 years of CPR training experience, and full-time safety trainer for the City of Duluth)
We will take 1/2 hour break for lunch around noon. Feel free to bring a lunch or find lunch nearby at that time.
Topics we'll cover include: Burns, wound care, stopping/slowing bleeding, shock, bone / joint / muscle injuries, heart attacks, strokes, diabetic emergencies, tick bites / bee stings, spinal injuries, concussions, poisonings, overdoses, allergic reactions, fainting, heatstroke, hypothermia, choking, and CPR and AED use for adults, children, and infants.
