    1. Designate financial institutions and depositories

    2. Designate Superintendent as Chief Financial Officer of the District with authorization to pay bills in advance

    3. Authorize Superintendent and Business Manager to make Official District Electronic Transfers

    4. Designate legal counsel and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chair to contact legal counsel 

    5. Set School Board Compensation per District Policy

    6. Designate the official newspaper

    7. Set Mileage Allowance per District Policy

    8. Set Meal Allowance per District Policy

    9. Adopt resolution 2024/2025-26 to Establish Combined Polling Places for 2025.
